3. RESOLVED: To confirm the minutes of the meeting held on 6th April 2009
Planning Applications
4. RESOLVED: To submit observations as follows:
09/93848 – 15 Old Magazine Close: retention of detached garage. Refuse, the garage is out of character and keeping with the surrounding area and is also overdevelopment of the site. It is therefore against policies DW-E1 and BU-H1 of the New Forest District Local Plan First Alteration August 2005.
Tree Work Applications
5. RESOLVED: To submit observations as follows:
09/0089 - The Armoury, Broadwalk Way: T1 Oak, remove 3 lowest lateral branches. Support, subject to the Tree Officers recommendation.
Planning Application Appeal
6. RESOLVED: That we would not submit any further objections to planning application 08/92269 as our original objection covered all the reasons for refusal.
Community Plan Update
7. RESOLVED: That in the future this item would be discussed with the relevant Chairman of the Committee so that ways to progress with certain projects can be discussed.
New Forest District Council, Local Development Framework, Core Strategy Examination
8. RESOLVED: That no further comments would be added to our objections on the Core Strategy and that a representative would not be present at the hearing.
